Rwanda plans to import about 20 Rhinos over the forthcoming 15 years,in order to attract large tourist numbers both domestic and international;said a tourism official.
The director of Rwanda Wildlife Agency (RWA),Fidel Ruzigandekwe,said negotiations were on-going with Kenya and South Africa.
Rwanda belongs to the Great LakesRegion,particularly,Central Africa;is a habitat for a third of the world’s mountain Gorrillas next to Uganda which boosts of three-quarters of the “rare” mountain Gorrillas.
