Once again, its good news from the Uganda Wildlife Authority in its recent census report at Queen Elizabeth National Park.
The Elephants have increased by 500 in 2 and a half years making it a hit level of what was there three decades ago. The increase is attributed to decrease in poaching and increased migration of these safari animals from the DRC Congo.
There is worry that the huge population of these elephants could damage the crops and gardens of the people staying near the parks but to the tourism would, this becomes a blessing for the Queen elizabeth national park where a number of tourists visit on their Uganda SafariÂ
Queen Elizabeth National Park is one of the top parks visited in Uganda. All tour operators in Uganda offer packages to this park.
