Inclined clients now have another carrier to this very rich region that is cumulatively becoming a major business target. The Eagle Air public relations manager Ms Claire Atuhaire said that the project is very reliable and there will be no cases of cancelled flights.
Atuhaire said the airline has been operating charter flights for cargo and passengers. A return flight costs US$ 440 and $220 for one way, exclusive of taxes.
The 19-seater Let410 airline will be flying twice every week on Tuesdays and Saturdays.
She said that they are investing in more routes to meet the increasing demand for air services. This new route will support the airline’s growth plans and enhance its flights’ range and versatility.
As Southern Sudan sums up conflict, there has been an increase in a number of socio-economic activities in Juba hence the need for a direct route that will ease both transactions.
Eagle has been operating schedule flights in Uganda for the last 11 years. It also operates charter flights in East, Central and Southern Africa.
