Nasser Ntege Sebaggala Kampala mayor and his executives, on Monday started the Urban City bus project with a test drive.
Sebaggala who rode in the bus made several stops. The air-conditioned coach with video, music, massaging seats and toilet facilities will mainly transport guests from Entebbe airport to the city centre.”These buses are not going to drive you out of business. We shall create mutual working conditions where we shall work together.” Sebaggala said.
The buses received mixed reactions. Commuter taxi drivers in particular were bitter about the project.He assured the people he met on the way that the Government was behind the project.
