Approximately $24m has been used in the renovation of Sheraton Kampala Hotel;said Jawad Akhtar,the general manager, at the first sheraton media night recently in Kampala.
Akhtar said that renovations are done in various sections to ensure the Hotel is still functional.
He confessed that, the hotel is more than ready for the commonwealth heads of Government meeting (CHOGM) 2007.
At the hotel,new presidential suites,junior suite,
shopping malls have been established and designed on international standards;Guest rooms have been renovated to give the hotel a new elegant look as an ideal accommodation facility.
