How is management in relation to training,recruitment and development done in Uganda?
Managers have a significant task in every company and thus if they are not professional then their team leading skills, decision making, interpersonal relationships may hinder the development of an organization and if they are specialists, the skills put in place will surely help the organization. Training is a key to a successful company; it’s another way of investing in your staff to have work done in the best way possible. It’s more like sparing some money for advertisement and promotion of products.
