Avoid: It ids important to avoid pessimistic people while on a flight. This involves those who believe that their flight experience has never been wonderful. Instead turn to your music, play your favorite songs and listen, relax and enjoy.
Delegate: There is need to delegate tasks to flight attendants or cabin crew. You may ask for a warm blanket or soft pillow on less populated flights, the middle row seat can help you to stretch on a seat that is vacant.
